This is required.
To sync account information to the Teachme series using the user Provisioning feature, the email address of employees managed in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) must match the email address of the account in the Teachme series.
For users without email addresses, such as part-time staff, please manually Add user from the Settings Center separately.
Notes
- After the initial linking of account information with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), even if the email address of the relevant user is temporarily deleted on the Settings Center side, the link will not be removed.
At the next Provisioning, the email address registered in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) will be automatically registered on the Settings Center side. - While the email address is deleted on the Settings Center side, login via single sign-on will not be available.
When logging in, Login information must be entered directly.
