To sync account information to the Teachme Series using the user Provisioning feature, the E-Mail Address of employees managed in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) must match the E-Mail Address of the accounts in the Teachme Series.
For users who do not have an E-Mail Address, such as part-time staff, please Add user manually from the Settings Center.
Notes
- After the initial linking of account information with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), even if the E-Mail Address of the relevant users is temporarily removed on the Settings Center side, the link will not be disconnected.
At the next Provisioning, the E-Mail Address registered in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) will be automatically registered on the Settings Center side. - While the E-Mail Address is removed on the Settings Center side, login via single sign-on will not be available.
When logging in, you will need to enter your Login information directly.
