The issue may be caused by a setting in the Settings Center.
Please check that settings such as the Metadata endpoint URL and metadata file are correct.
If you need to reconfigure the Metadata endpoint URL or metadata file
If the certificate has been renewed on the IdP side, the following steps are required to make Teachme Biz recognize the updated information.
For the Metadata endpoint URL
If the IdP allows multiple certificates to be registered, you can avoid reconfiguration by enabling both the old and new certificates at the same time.
Also, when the certificate is Expired, the metadata will be automatically Refreshed.
If the Metadata endpoint URL changes
- Enter URL the new URL in the Metadata endpoint URL field
- Click "Save"
When you change the URL and save, the metadata will be automatically retrieved from the new URL.
For the metadata file
Please perform the following steps.
