Videos, images, and other content registered in the Teachme series are stored and displayed on your device by connecting to Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3 via the Internet*.
If your company's network settings restrict communication to only permitted IP addresses, you will need to separately allow the IP address ranges used by Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3.

*Connection is made in CDN (Content Delivery Network) format.

Please check the targets to be permitted from the links below.

To find the IP address ranges, search for the following string in the ip-ranges.json file.

"service": "CLOUDFRONT"

Please allow all IP addresses under "region": "GLOBAL".
"CLOUDFRONT" automatically directs users to the optimal region based on geographic conditions of the user's IP address, so it is not possible to identify the region and check IP addresses from here.

"service": "S3"

Please allow all IP addresses under "region": "ap-northeast-1".

[Note]
- The IP ranges for Amazon CloudFront may change irregularly, and we are unable to notify you of each change.
- If an IP address that was previously permitted changes, it will not be automatically replaced.

If communication errors or Upload errors occur even after permitting each IP address, please contact our support desk at support@teachme.jp.
