The Teachme Series does not support certain features on third-party service (IdP) side, such as device certificates.
Please check with your IdP here whether it is possible to integrate with the SP-side app (Teachme Series) without using device certificates or client certificates.
Note that if you are using HENNGE One as your IdP, this may be resolved using "HENNGE Lock".
