Is there a mechanism to prompt users to change their Password periodically?

The Teachme series cannot send notifications prompting regular Password changes.

Please consider the following alternatives.

■ Periodically Reset passwords using Administrator or Sub-administrator privileges

　Administrators and Sub-administrators can forcibly Reset the passwords of users within a Group.
　After the Reset, a password reset (re-configuration) notification will be delivered to the users.

　　→ On the "users" screen, by selecting the checkbox to the left of the text "Name", you can Reset the passwords of all displayed users at once.

※ In either case, users who have not registered an E-Mail Address with the Teachme series will not receive direct notifications, so the Administrator will need to notify them separately.
