Is there a mechanism to encourage regular Password changes?

The Teachme series cannot send notifications prompting users to change their passwords periodically.

Please consider the following alternatives.

■ Periodically reset passwords using administrator or Sub-administrator privileges

　Administrators and Sub-administrators can forcibly reset the passwords of users within a Group.
　After the Reset, users will receive a notification for a Password Reset (re-configuration).

　　→ On the "users" screen, selecting the checkbox to the left of the text "Name" allows you to reset the passwords of all displayed users at once.

※ In either case, users who have not registered an email address in the Teachme series will not receive direct notifications, so it will be necessary for the administrator to notify them separately.
